San Giuliano Biscuit introduction from Laura King

San Giuliano Biscuit introduction from Laura King

San Giuliano Biscuits are made with only natural ingredients and a firm favourite at King’s.

After preparation, the dough is rolled out on a marble table with a wooden rolling pin. Then it is cut into shapes and placed in special moulds. The biscuits are then cooked for 12 minutes in an oven, left to cool on special grills and then sprinkled with white sugar.

These amazing moreish biscuits are the perfect accompaniment to soft cheeses, such as Ricotta, Feta or Goat Cheese. Sweet and nutty, they’re also wonderful with morning coffee or afternoon tea but far too good for dunking!
