Golden Imperial (Schrenckii X Dauricus) – Country of Origin China
This rare Imperial is a hybrid of the Acipenser Schrenckii and Acipenser Dauricus that produces caviar after 8 to 9 years.
This caviar also has a large-sized egg with a delicate but intense almond cream flavour and undertones of black trumpet mushrooms. Golden Imperial eggs are, however, lighter in colour than Imperial Caviar.
