I just wished to write and say a big thank you for the order I placed on Sunday night which arrived this morning today.
I have been buying various things online for several years & I must state I have never had a delivery which just shone with quality as I received from your company. The packaging was par excellence, you obviously take great pride in providing a better than first class service. I was quite astounded and you will be happy to hear that it is all stored in my shed to be used for a picnic in the summer. Indeed you sent me a perfect cool picnic box, which I didn’t expect.
As for the items in the order they look incredible ~ but I haven’t yet indulged myself in trying any. As a note of explanation last year I underwent a massive operation for jaw/lymph cancer and then a 6 week course of radiotherapy… I eat only very small amounts these days supplemented by a liquid nutrient food diet which I inject enterally, which is quite horrific as I used to be / still am a great ‘foodie’ gastronaut. Indeed my last meal before the operation was at Le Manoir Aux Quatre Saisons, which was a heavenly delight & Mr Blanc was so great that he came to my table, gave me a signed copy of one of his books & told me in no specific terms, that when I was better I must come back & not to worry about the reservation as he gave me his PR’s number to bypass the wait system. What a gentleman.
Anyway you can confirm me as a very happy customer who will be ordering again on a regular basis. Thanks ever so much for such a great service.
The tasty delights will no doubt put a big smile on my face when I delve into them.
Oh, and lastly ~ thank you very much for the unexpected Christmas pudding. I will enjoy with some homemade Calvados butter & stewed apples with cinnamon. Most kind. Do use my letter in any way for client reactions, or on a feedback page – if you need such a thing !
