Imperial (Schrenckii X Dauricus) – Country of Origin China
This is a hybrid of the Acipenser Schrenckii and Acipenser Dauricus that produces caviar after 8 to 10 years.
This caviar has a large-sized egg with a delicate but intense almond cream flavour and undertones of black trumpet mushrooms. These well-rounded eggs can be remarkably golden and present like jewels in a crown.
