The First Golden Bean winner for Casa Amedei at the London Academy of Chocolate in 2008, Toscano Black 63 is an amiable blend, obtained by combining two genetic qualities of cocoa from Venezuela and Ghana. A 63% dark chocolate with a full-bodied, rich, and creamy taste.
Aromatic Profile: Notes of floral honey and green tomato jam.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla. Min cocoa. 63%. May contain traces of hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, and milk.
