Fabulous and sweet, San Giuliano Orange Zest in syrup can be used to give the last perfect touch, to the sweet and sour interplay of canard à l’orange.

To create this amazing product: First, the product is blanched for a few minutes to remove its bitterness, then slowly caramelised in simple syrup until shiny and translucent. A dense reduction of lemon juice with simple syrup is used to preserve in jars the flavourful zest.
Certified as organic by Ecogruppo Italia, which is an authorized inspection body (Ministry of Agriculture Food and Forestry authorization MIPAAFT IT BIO 008), operator no. D653.
