Pairing earthy-flavoured caviar with a white chocolate egg is said to enhance the creaminess of the chocolate.

I’m sceptical as seafood isn’t my favourite, but it’s delicious — even with my cheap-as-chips Milky Bar egg: the salty, tangy bubbles of caviar add flavour and texture, making the chocolate seem moreishly smoother. 5/5
