Pasteurised, Alaskan Salmon Roe is a beautiful rich pink colour from the wild salmon caught in Alaskan waters. This range is perfect for sushi dishes or as the finishing touch to any seafood dish.

This non-sturgeon fish roe has been specially selected for its diversity and high quality.
