We have a quick, simple recipe here for Maple-Almond Ice Cream from our friends at Boyajian, that we would like to share:
One of our favourite summertime treats is ice cream. Our rich and creamy Maple Almond Ice Cream recipe carries exceptional flavour, all thanks to our Boyajian Natural Maple Flavour and Boyajian Natural Almond Extract. The ice cream is so good it will disappear in two seconds!

Maple-Almond Ice Cream
2 Cups 2% milk
2 Cups heavy cream
1 Cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Boyajian Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Boyajian Maple Flavour
½ teaspoon Boyajian Almond Extract
½ Cup chopped almonds
In a large bowl, stir together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, maple flavour, vanilla & almond extracts until the sugar is dissolved.
Add food colouring if you choose.
Pour entire mixture into ice cream maker and operate per the manufacturer’s instructions.
Once the ice cream has thickened, fold in chopped almonds.
Spoon into a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
