At our latest fund-raising event, the auction dinner prize winner enjoyed an outstanding meal.

Executive Chef Adam Smith from Cowarth Park and Chef Lewis Wilson, Head Pasty Chef at the Ritz Hotel prepared some signature dishes for an incredible private tasting menu for 6.

The menu included King’s Caviar Tart, English Asparagus, BBQ Scallop, Dry Aged Beef, Wild Strawberry tart and Hazelnut Semifreddo.
