Amedei’s Tuscan cocoa cream, a milk-free version of the spreadable gianduja, is made up of half Piedmont hazelnuts. Half cocoa paste, powder, and cane sugar.
To the eye, it is compact, even, and smooth.
Its fragrance is highly appetising, with a fine, signature hint of hazelnut emerging.
In the mouth its consistency proves dense. Its sweetness is balanced.
