Ingredients:
Duck confit meat, duck fat, extra virgin olive oil (5%), onion, salt and spice mix (mustard flour). Preservative: Sodium Nitrite.
Instructions for use:
Ideal as aperitif. Spread on bread or even as part of recipes: cannelloni, pasta, croquettes, tacos, rice dishes…
Very important: for the best flavour consume at room temperature. Before serving, stir the rillettes with a spoon.
Once open keep in the refrigerator and consume within a maximum period of five days.
Store in a cool, dry place.

FoieGood ducks are allowed to grow slowly, outdoors, with space to roam freely and access to open water, and we never uses cages or force-feeding methods.
Our animals eat a 100% natural and vegetable diet consisting of at least 70% cereals.
