Kaluga, also known as the River Beluga and native to the Amur River, is one of the largest members of the sturgeon family, reaching weights of over 1,000 kg and lengths of up to 5.6 metres.

Kaluga caviar is now being sustainably farm-raised.

Our Kaluga is harvested from fish aged over 15 years, with large, smooth pearls (over 3.4mm) ranging from medium to dark brown with a glossy golden sheen. The flavour is rich, full-bodied, and finishes with a refined, aromatic note.
