What’s your favourite way to enjoy caviar?
You want it as simply as possible. I love it on a softly boiled egg, with the caviar wrapped in yolk, or on a warm blini with crème fraîche. It also works quite well with hash browns, believe it or not, and clotted cream ice cream with caviar on top is also nice. Chopped egg, chive and lemon juice were devised as pairings by the Americans to take away the taste of very poor-quality caviar.
