Delivery Information
We aim to despatch orders within one day of receipt of payment, however, due to the fresh nature of many of our products and our delivery cycles, some orders will take slightly longer to despatch.
Fresh Foie Gras - We have one shipment a week from France all orders received by 9.30am on a Monday morning will be delivered on the following Thursday by courier. Although orders are packed with cool blocks, this is a temperature sensitive product, please ensure that some one will be at the delivery address between 9am and 5pm on this day.
Caviar - All caviar orders are sent by courier and packed with ice. Orders received by 1.30pm, Monday through to Thursday, and successfully processed by our payment mechanism, will be despatched the same day for next day delivery; please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address between 9am and 5pm.
If it is unlikely that someone will be there to receive your Fresh, Frozen or Caviar order, we advise that you provide us with a work address as we cannot guarantee, nor bear responsibility for, the integrity of products that have been returned to the courier hub if no-one has been able to take delivery of your order.
Hampers - All of our Hampers are made to order, please allow 5 working days for your order to be despatched. If you would like a message added to your hamper, please put this in the customer notes section prior to finalising your order.
If your order is for delivery on a particular date please contact us to discuss this.
All deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For or by Courier, dependent on weight which, excluding fresh products, is calculated automatically by our shopping system. For same day London and Saturday deliveries you will be given this option prior to payment.
