Boyajian Roasted Chilli Olive Oil (148ml)

Boyajian is a producer of fine infused olive oils, asian oils, citrus oils, vinegars and natural flavourings. The Boyajian citrus oil range includes Boyajian pure lemon oil, Boyajian pure orange oil and Boyajian pure lime oil. These oils are a firm favourite with our customers, especially with chefs and bakers! The oils are the perfect way to add some wholesome flavour to any recipe. 

The uniqueness of the Boyajian oils lies in their infusion process – fresh herbs and spices are placed into fine olive oil sourced from Italy and Spain to capture the perfect balance of flavour and aroma. This process can take several weeks, depending on the character of the herb or spice.

All Boyajian oil products are 100% natural and the company is in the process of being certified as organic and Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) Free by the US Department of Agriculture. Boyajian products are also gluten free.

Boyajian oils are made in a factory that produces nut-based products.
