Other extracts and flavourings don't come close to the remarkable intensity of these oils it takes approximately 220 oranges, 330 lemons or 400 limes to fill a 5 ounce bottle. The oils should be used sparingly in place of zest or peel.

The Boyajian citrus oil range includes Boyajian pure lemon oil, Boyajian pure orange oil and Boyajian pure lime oil. The uniqueness of the Boyajian oils lies in their infusion process – fresh herbs and spices are placed into fine olive oil sourced from Italy and Spain to capture the perfect balance of flavour and aroma. This process can take several weeks, depending on the character of the herb or spice. All Boyajian oil products are 100% natural and the company is in the process of being certified as organic and Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) Free by the US Department of Agriculture. Boyajian products are also gluten free. Boyajian oils are made in a factory that produces nut-based products.
