San Giuliano Sicilian Marmalades are all hand-crafted in small batches to an ancient family recipe.
The organic citrus fruit use in these delicious products is always picked in its prime from the abundant citrus groves nestling on the fertile soils of the 22-acre estate located between Catania and Siracusa on the eastern coast of Sicily.
The tart, fresh lemons and oranges are never chilled, but cooked slowly with just sugar and lemon or orange juice. The intense citrus flavours and fragrance stem from the high proportion of fruit, and absence of thickeners or preservatives, in these traditional tangy natural marmalades.
