San Giuliano biscuits are made with ony natural ingredients. After preparation, the dough is rolled out on a marble table with a wooden rolling pin. Then it is cut into shapes and placed in special moulds. The biscuits are then cooked for 12 minutes in an oven, left to cool down on special grills and then sprinkled with some white sugar.
These amazing biscuits are the perfect accompaniment to soft cheeses, such as Ricotta, Feta or goat cheese. Sweet and nutty, they’re also wonderful with morning coffee or afternoon tea but are far too good for dunking!
