Roots & Wing's wonderfully creamy fudge is handmade using the finest organic cane sugar and British organic cream and butter from a traditional Shorthorn herd.


Cooked by hand in open copper pans. A delicious treat. The master confectioner, whose name is on the bag, will only sign each batch off when he is happy that all the products are perfect, which means that you’ll enjoy eating them as much as the confectioner enjoyed making them.
