Foie Gras & Confit
Our French Duck Confit (confit de canard in French) is the perfect store cupboard ingredient for quick and wonderfully tasty, indulgent meals. We have been to the South of France to source our luxurious duck confit, made to a traditional French recipe. The duck legs are salted to concentrate their flavour, before being slowly cooked in rich duck fat, until the meat is meltingly tender and full of flavour. Our confit comes vacuum packed for extra convenience, and is ready to eat. Try it shredded in salads, fried until crispy with potatoes, or roasted until succulent and golden. Not forgetting, that any remaining duck fat will make the most amazing roast potatoes! Available as single duck legs, or in packs of four. All packs of confit require refrigeration.
