Terrines and Rillettes

A pure rillette of Goose or Duck, traditional made by hand with a real wholesome goose (or duck)
flavour. No pork inside. This terrine is rich in goose (duck) meat less in fat. It is a real tasty product. To
be served lightly chilled accompany with bread, salads, cornichons and red wine. All George Bruck
terrines are French fine pate.
