Soft, creamy and delicate, this product is produced to order; so place you order with us by 9.30am every Monday for delivery on Thursday. Smooth and slightly sweeter than the richer duck foie gras.


Serve with a Sauternes, Champagne or a light red wine. Also wonderful with George Bruck Jelly.

Product Description

This is a fresh product that is delivered to us every Tuesday. So please place your order by 9.30 a.m Monday mornings for delivery on Thursday. All fresh foie gras orders are shipped by courier, so please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address between 9am and 5pm or leave alternative delivery instructions in the 'Customer Notes' section.

Please be aware that the product weighs approximately 650g.
