Foie gras is part of the protected cultural and gastronomic heritage of France. By 'foie gras', we mean the liver of a duck or a goose fattened specifically for eating, and it is utterly delicious – whether it’s bought fresh or frozen.
Our premier supplier Georges Bruck of Strasbourg, Alsace, boasts five generations of expertise in the business and produces some of the finest foie gras from only the best goose and duck livers.
