The word Beluga optimises quite simply the best. With a faint taste of walnuts, the sean holds in the delicate taste. Beluga Caviar has the largest egg and is historically the most expensive of all sturgeon. Steely grey in colour, this Beluga caviar has an usually delicate egg. The taste is legendary subtle with a hint of walnut, the texture being soft and creamy. In the wild, the mighty Beluga can live for 100 years in the wild, grow to 4.5 meters long and weigh more than an average sized car and is the rarest of all sturgeon.

Avaliable in sizes 30g, 50g, 125g, 250g and 1kg.
