Chocolate/Ingredients for Cooking
Our Amedei pistoles and 1kg Amedei chocolate blocks are ideal for cooking as they are so rich in flavour and deliciously creamy.
For optimum results when cooking with chocolate, always:
- Be sure your utensils are dry as water can split melting chocolate;
- Melt the chocolate over hot, not boiling, water;
- Stir the chocolate constantly to keep its texture smooth; and
- Stir constantly for a smooth blend when melting chocolate with other ingredients.
