Michel Roux Jr and his love for Amedei

Amedei is one of King’s best loved and most exquisite products. But it seems that the fine Italian chocolate is also a favourite of the Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Michel Roux Jr, 50, stated that Amedei chocolate was “absolutely gorgeous” and by far his “favourite”.
The three starred chef, who delivers world class food at the Le Gavroche in central London, serves modern versions of the classic French cuisine infused with subtle Mediterranean and Asian flavours.
The Le Gavroche often orders Amedei 63% chocolate for the chef’s delicious desserts.
