The wonderful and talented Andre Dang (previously PR at Harrods and prior to that a food buyer) found Golden Star tea for Laura while at the Fancy Food Faye in San Francisco. Golden Star is an amazing alternative to Champagne as it is fermented in the same way but using Jasmine tea so the product is non-alcoholic and organic.
This delicious non-alcoholic* sparkling drink is fabulous served chilled as an aperitif, or paired with food as part of a meal. It has a delicate effervescence reminiscent of champagne, and a sophisticated flavour with notes of soft, floral jasmine. Perfect as a gift, and for pouring at the table straight from the attractively designed bottle.
