Hand made in Italy since 1914 in a tradition that has been handed down from father to son over 4 generations - Pasticceria Freni Marzipan Fruit, also known as Frutta Martorana, is made with the finest quality marzipan available, produced by Freni itself.
Preservative and addictive free, all the fruits have a shelf life of at least one year, and, if you can keep from biting it, can even be kept as a display for over twenty years! (although we don't recommend you eating it after so long!) Implementing methods and techniques similar to those used in the art of sculpture, the marzipan is carefully shaped and finished by the skilled hands of Freni's dedicated craftsmen.
The end result is a product that looks as wonderful as it tastes Beautiful hand crafted assorted marzipan fruits that are easily mistaken for the real thing!
