Exquisite Food Creations with Caviar

King’s Fine Food is delighted to share photos of these beautiful dishes adorned with King’s caviar. They are the fabulous creations of award winning Chef Andrew Turner. Andrew is Executive Head Chef at Alfred’s, a private members club in Mayfair, and also oversees the Alfred Dunhill Deli.
As well as appearing on Masterchef, Saturday Kitchen, Ainsley’s Gourmet Express, Yes Chef, Taste Australia Live, BBC Food Poker and Market Kitchen, Andrew is also a regular guest on radio.
Sturgeon parfait, King’s Oscietra caviar, fruits of the sea, parsley purée and blinis.
Fresh Devon crab, lemon juice and salt, brown crab meat mayo, melon and courgette - topped off with King’s Platinum caviar.
Chilled Tomato consommé, assorted asparagus, cream cheese and fennel pollen and seaweed tuille topped off with King’s Sevruga caviar.
When adding this photo to Instagram recently, Andrew said “Sometimes best to let the product do the talking - as chefs all we need to do is support that”.
